Your Tasks:

  • Communication between the customer department and the development service provider
  • Software defect management, including tracking and assigning defects to the respective domains and following up on the ticket process
  • Drive issues to developers and coordinate resolution dates
  • Have and provide an overview of the current defect landscape, including technical presentations at regular and mostly online meetings and panels

You have:

  • Education in the field of business informatics, industrial engineering, electrical and information technology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical education
  • High interest in software development processes
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to take responsibility
  • Reliable knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Power and sense of community before ego
  • Ideally, experience in the ticket systems JIRA, Confluence, and Octane
