»I’ve worked for RUETZ SYSTEM SOLUTIONS for almost 2 years. With the agreement of our director and the team, I recently joined the Testing and Technology Assessment department. My focus is on evaluating the physical layer of devices. I’ve also recently taken over some organizational tasks and customer communication. Both the technical and organizational parts of my work are challenging yet rewarding. The best aspect of my job is that I constantly learn and participate in developing new laboratory solutions as new technologies and trends come along. Our teamwork and brainstorming is what makes it happen. It’s motivating when your contributions, such as new ideas and abilities, are appreciated. Furthermore, company culture and a great relationship with my colleagues provide a very pleasant and positive working environment.«

Martin Heinzinger – Consultant Engineer

»I have worked for RUETZ SYSTEM SOLUTIONS for more than three years and my focus is on components and ECU testing for automotive Ethernet. I have enjoyed this task very much from the beginning, since I have always been fascinated by technical relations and I like to watch how individual mechanisms intertwine and result in complex issues. From test concept via implementation up to error detection and analysis, different approaches are necessary, for which I can use my creativity constructively and with a substantial degree of personal responsibility. I am particularly excited by the ambitious target of autonomous driving, how it challenges data communications, and how the latest methods and technologies can fulfil these requirements. I closely observe how new technologies mature – with me contributing through active committee work. Most important for me is the good work atmosphere in our young, international team. My colleagues are friendly, always cooperative, and we have a respectful and close relationship. In my opinion, this is the best basis for successful cooperation.«
